Step 2: Reply to our email to confirm the deal and your FULL name, address, phone number and your bank details. You will not be able to change the banking details later on.
Step 3: You will receive an order number and free postage label (Follow the instruction on how to post and pack your device.) Please keep your proof of postage receipt safe just in case we need it to see it.
Step 4: Once the item has been received, we will check the device and notify you before we make the payment.

When sending your device, please make sure it has been turned off and remove all the accessories and sim cards as we may not be able to send it back to you.
Quoted price for your device may change if we receive any device with screen password or iCloud/ Google passwords. We accept devices with locks on as they can be used for spare parts however, you need to inform us before hand so we can quote you the correct price.
Lost or stolen devices may not be accepted and you will be contacted for further details and instructions.
Use bubble wrap or some other material to protect your device in transport. You can add multiple devices into the same package.
Don't forget to add in your delivery note or invoice in the package before you seal it. if you don't add any delivery note or invoice then we may take longer to process your order and it can delay your payment. - if you cannot find your delivery note in your email then simply hand write a note of following information:
Your full name, address, phone number and order number.
Once the item has been received, we will check it and keep you updated. Payment process can take 3-7 working days from the day we received your item.
At the back of the package, Write down your full address just in case, if courier couldn't deliver the package it will come back to the address you provided to return.
You will be emailed a Free Postage Label.
We offer 2 to 3 working days delivery service but if you want us to receive your package the next day then you are responsible to cover the cost of the postage.
if you are given a royal mail label then please post at your nearest post office and obtain a proof of posting receipt. The receipt will include a 13 character reference which can be used to track your parcel on www.royalmail.com
